Each iGroup implements the annual financial statements, and offers 10% of annual operating income after-tax profits to CEO management, carry on the rule: work more, get more. 40% financing for local iGroup while 60% the ECCIC central financing. iGroup is responsible for financial control, but need to report to the ECCIC for approval, inspect ECCIC iGroup operation result and decide whether to continue to increase investment on it.
